Eloping to Redondo Beach

I live in Northern California and we are planning an elopment in Redondo Beach (or surrounding area).  Any suggestions on a beach ceremony?  We're also looking for a location to host a small dinner reception for 20-20.  Recommendations for florist and photographer?

    There is this really cool place that a friend of mine got married at, not quite redondo beach but it's a little gazebo and rock beach in Palos Verdes Estates, just google 300 Paseo Del Mar Palos Verdes Estates, CA 90274.  And her (and mine as well) photographer has a great elopement package, check him out Corbin Kell, www.corbinkell.cc ; and as for flowers...if you are doing just your bouquet I'd say any local flower shop.
