should i be worried???

Im feeling a little worried but yet dont know if its normal to be stressing on my wedding planning...here's the situation: i spoke to our coordinator on Aug. 5th to discuss all the details such as flowers, photographer, marriage license appointments/minister,dinner reservaions at the resort for the reception etc. however she said that she was going to get back to me to confirm our photographer, and appointments (minister, cake tasting, salon) and that the restaurant manager will call me to discuss the menu, HOWEVER, it's been almost a month now and i do not know anything!! i emailed her last week to check on the status since she had previously mention that she was going to call me but didnt and now she hasnt responded! so i emailed her again today and also i CC'd another manager from the resort with hopes that they respond promptly...so should i be worried??? i feel that its kind of fishy since my wedding is OCTOBER 21, 2011 only a month and a couple weeks away!!! i feel helpless and i dont know if i should just go with it and hope its all coming along or if i should become bridezilla! I think i will call her tomorrow!! any thoughts???Yell

I'd just try to get a hold of her. You're not going to feel any better until you know what's going on and you aren't going to know what's going on until you talk to her. Being so close to your wedding is reasonable to think that someone should be getting in touch with you and you should know more. I have to say, every time I read one of these posts, I'm really glad I've done all of my own planning.

Have you tried to call? I think this warrants a concerned phone call. Some vendors respond better that way. Right now is wedding season so it may take a while for people to get back but a 5-6 weeks without a response is worrisome. Good luck!

It's always more impactful to actually call, and to do it at a time when the vendor is likely to be working (meaning between 9-5 their time).  Email's good for follow-up details, but when you really need to know the status of something, definitely call.

Honestly, I didn't finalize many of the details for our wedding until about 3 weeks beforehand.  Everything starts to happen real fast at that mark and before about 3 weeks ahead of time I hadn't really heard m uch from anyone other than my coordinator and florist.  Definitely give your coordinator a call, but don't worry too much.  They will get in touch with you soon!
