Has anyone ever had a back scrub done at a spa? I was thinking of having it done prior to the wedding as I tend to break out a little from working out. Recommended? Thanks!

    I would not do it the day before or the day of, incase you have a bad reaction.

    I recently had a body scrub done at a spa and I loved it.  It really helped soften my skin and make me feel so smooth.  I definitely would allow yourself enough time before your wedding just in case you do have some kind of weird reaction to it.  I allowed myself a little over 2 weeks just in case but luckily I didn't have any reaction to any of the spa treatments I did!

    I'm having a "back facial" done this Saturday (a week before the wedding). I've heard they are great to get your back ready for everyone to see and for all those pictures.  I figured a week is a good time frame to get that done.
