That board is crazy busy today....

So I am stealing one of their questions - topic starters! Its a Holiday Weekend so what are your plans??!?


What's everyone planning on doing for the long weekend?
 CABIN Time!! Can't wait! Its my last wknd to be at the lake! FI is coming into town as well! So I am going to take advantage of hanging out with him! 

What is the thing you are most excited about happening in September?
My Boudoir Shot is coming up in 3 weeks. Egh I have been terrible at working out too. I am also in another wedding on the 25 so another round of Bach Party and Wedding Stuff.

What do you like, if anything, about Fall in general?
I LOVE SWEATSHIRT weather!! :) I could live in jeans and sweatshirts - no lie :)

    What's everyone planning on doing for the long weekend? 
     I have my second shower in my FI's hometown in Iowa. And that's about it. I'm a therapist in a group home - we don't get many holidays off so no 3 day weekend for me :(   

    What is the thing you are most excited about happening in September? 
    My bachelorette party/25th birthday party is on the 11th - very much looking forward to that weekend.  My MOH will be in town all weekend she lives in Chicago so I rarely get to see her and I miss her. 

    What do you like, if anything, about Fall in general?
    Ditto the sweatshirts!  I also love to layer things, so I'm looking forward to dressing how I like and not sweating my butt off. I also love the smells - leaves, bon fires.

    What's everyone planning on doing for the long weekend? 
     I have my final fitting, we're probably going to the Science Muesuem to see the Dead Sea Scrolls before the exhibit leaves. Otherwise just getting ready for the wedding!

    What is the thing you are most excited about happening in September?
    Getting married!!! Oh and our awesome honeymoon to Mexico!

    What do you like, if anything, about Fall in general?
    I do like the early fall when the leaves start to change and it's still warm, good light sweater weather.

    Ok I'll bite...
    What's everyone planning on doing for the long weekend? 
    FI is coming up to visit!!!! It's been over a month since we saw each other last so I am SUPER excited :) We will be hanging out with my family, meeting with our priest, hopefully going on a date night, and hopefully going to the state fair! 

    What is the thing you are most excited about happening in September? 
    I am most excited about going back down to Iowa State University for tailgating for football games! I miss my school and my friends that are still down there! 

    What do you like, if anything, about Fall in general?
    I agree...I LOVE sweatshirt/jean weather. It is the best and most comfortable weather :) And I love to see the seasons change...when all the leaves are falling. It's pretty.

    STATE FAIR!!!!! :) 

    What is the thing you are most excited about happening in September?
    Eh, not a whole lot.  Maybe take a weekend trip to go see my best friend in St Cloud, but other than that.. normal life stuff.

    What do you like, if anything, about Fall in general?
    Ditto clothes.  Pefect weather.

    Finished BC and not preventing since June 2010.
    Actively trying for baby #1 since July 2011.
    SA completed 5/29/2012. No sperm found.
    11/12: Dx: Congenital Bilateral Absense of the Vas Deferens.
    Genetic Testing needed as this is a mutation of Cystic Fibrosis.
    IVF #1 with ICSI planned for 2013.
    PAIF/SAIF welcome!

    Getting paid again!! Having the summer off is great, not getting a paycheck not so great.

    e-pics tomorrow at the Landscape Arboretum, maybe get my underwear bought so I can go dress shopping as early as next week, then catch up on some movies on the DVR and go to FMIL's house Sunday or Monday to probably cook out.

    What is the thing you are most excited about happening in September? 
     
    For all those damn kids to go back to school and get off my lawn!  Just kidding about the lawn part.  I also can't wait for my shows to start again.

    What do you like, if anything, about Fall in general?

    A return to long sleeves and shutting the a/c off after 5 months, heavier foods, and making thousands of truffles.

    What's everyone planning on doing for the long weekend? 

    I have tomorrow off, but working 48 hours Sunday through Wednesday so that I can head out to California on Thursday morning without taking any vacation!!  I plan on spending my Saturday cleaning my house and doing laundry, getting ready for..... (see next question) 

    What is the thing you are most excited about happening in September?
     
    My fiance is moving finally moving here!!!!!!!!!  He has been living in Los Angeles the whole time we've been dating (a year) and on September 14th, he will officially be a Minnesotan!  I could not be more excited =) 

    What do you like, if anything, about Fall in general?

    I love love love September in Minneapolis.  So beautiful!  Leaves changing, beautiful views, yet usually (not today!) its still warm enough for tshirts!  This is why we picked September for our wedding month - I'll be paying a lot of attention this year to what the coloring looks like so I know what it will be like for our wedding day!

    What's everyone planning on doing for the long weekend? 

    I have a wedding of a friend tomorrow. She seems a little unprepared... so this might be interesting.
    AND...
    All of a sudden my FI says "What are you doing Monday morning? I don't work until 4pm, lets go look at tuxes." WHAT? Shocked me. :) So we're maybe going to try to get that done. I thought taking him to do this would be like pulling teeth.

    What is the thing you are most excited about happening in September? 
     
    FOUR home gopher football games four weekends in a row (aka way too much tailgating). 

    What do you like, if anything, about Fall in general?

    College football. :)
