Have a quick question: We have pretty specific ideas for our station based menu down to actual recipees in some case. How does one go about finding a caterer that will cook waht we want and not jsut choosing from a set selection they provide. Additionally we are on a budget, so need to find one that would allow this tyoe of customization without charging a fortune. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
