Photographer and Videographer

I'm looking for a photographer and videographer that isn't going to break the bank.  I do not want a videographer who is going to basically create a collage of pictures and play music in background.  I want actual footage.  My budget for both is $2000 each.

Thank you in advance!
Lisa

M&A is well known for including the picture collage.  Also check out a touch of class.

the videographer we're using has a package that falls into the high end of your range. He's incredible! His name is JayR Castillo.

GT Modern seems like it's a picture collage just with audio.  It's not actual footage.  Do they have real life film and footage?

For video I can recommend Unique Video.  I paid a little over 2,000 for all day coverage starting at my parents house.

I will echo GT Modern for video.  We're not doing video, but I've seen some of the work they've done for other Knotties.

While $2k can get you a good videographer, $2k is a bit lean for a photographer and you're usually up around $3k by the time your working with good quality professionals and getting an album.

We're working with Robert Wayne Photography and expect to pay ~$3k but that includes a very nice album and parent albums.  He does offer a disc-only package that is in the low $2k range.

We used CMOStr photography and Michael Slagter (www.michaelslagter.com) for videography. During the reception, our photographers played a slideshow of pictures that they had JUST taken which our guests really enjoyed! We haven't gotten our video yet, but I will post it as soon as we do! :)

we are using the Cinema Factory in Garfield, got a great package for under $2k. No collages and Raul is very nice and seems like will be very easy to work with.
