Reader and Pastor Gifts

So I just realized that I do not have a gift for our reader (my godfather) or our pastor (FI uncle). We already have the gifts for everyone else but they just slipped my mind. I have no idea what to get either of them. We did watches for my dad and the GM but not sure if we should go that route or something different.
Any ideas?

Something genuine and personal - what kinds of things to they like? Our pastor is the church one, so we are giving a donation (aside from the regular payment) and our readers have their 20th anniversary a month after our wedding so we got them toasting flutes with a quote from their wedding song engraved on them.

this might be bad of me, but our pastor is charging us quite a bit ($150) and the church is charging us an additional $150, AND my pastor is invited to both rehearsal and reception, so he's getting two free meals. I am not planning on giving him or the church anything else.

as for our reader, my sisters FI. Hadn't thought about it. Is a reader gift expected?

Reader....just a gift card to a restaurant and Officiate....a gift card to a spa.

Our church is charging us $400 in total. And our Deacon said this isn't considered a "fee" but a "donation" so I don't think we HAVE to donate anything further after that...

As for readers, I didn't even THINK about getting them any gifts... for us it's most likely going to be our godmothers doing the readings... i got antique spoon bracelets (personalized) for my BMs and moms, maybe I should get those for the God Mothers too? =X

Dunno what to tell ya cause clearly I'm confused myself hahaha

Yea I just thought about it last week and I have less than 2 months to go, so I am stressing a little about the gifts. I thought you give them gifts, but I am not sure myself.
I was looking at ideas online and thought maybe a hinged frame that can be engraved on one side and write a personal note to each of them.
Other than that, I am still trying to come up with an idea.
FI uncle isn't charging us anything and we paid for the venue which includes a chapel already.
Thanks for the ideas though.
I hope I don't forget anything else at the last minute

The Pastor doing our ceremony is someone my religious Grandma found on one of her cruises. He's doing it for FREE since he insists it's the Lord's work (fine with me) so I'm making a donation to the church (since I'm not a member).

we are having 2 readers, i got my girlfriend a set of NYC theme wine glasses since we both used to live there together. My other reader is a good male friend of mine, i just ordered personalized cuff links on the knot since i saw they were having a sale. I couldn't think of anything else for him.

i dont think we are giving the priest a gift since we have to pay the church already.

Our officiant is my brother, so probably giving him a nicer gift than what is expected.
Our reader(s) will be getting small personalized gifts.
