Northern VA Gown Alterations OTHER THAN Angie Cavallaro

I've already called Angie, and for my October wedding, she's already too booked to help me. So I'm looking for suggestions for other talented seamstresses in the area for my gown - I need more than just a simple hem or cinch at the waist, so I don't want to take a chance on just anybody! Thanks!

    I used Judith of Judith's Boutique in Vienna.  She did exactly what I wanted and I found her prices to be reasonable.

    I'm also using Judith.  I haven't seen her work yet (final fitting in a few weeks), but she has rave reviews and seemed very competent.

    You HAVE to go to Steven Saidman at Imperial Gown Restoration in Fairfax. Their website is gown.com. He did an amazing job on both my and my cousin's dresses. Expensive but worth it. And he is hilarious!

    Thanks, guys, I will try Judith next. Steven will have to go WAY down on the list - I'm not trying to spend a lot since there will only be maybe 50 people at my wedding  :)
