Question for future PEC brides re construction

Ladies who have booked or are considering the PEC - is anyone concerned about the major lightrail road construction going on? I heard it's supposed to go until 2014. I don't think the street in front of the PEC is currently torn up, but it will be at some point. Once inside I'm sure you wouldn't notice anything, but I'm imagining out of town guests getting lost, parking issues...

    I work on the U campus, and it's a completely disaster over there.  That being said, if you give your guests good directions they'll figure it out.  Just warn them it may take a little extra time (and don't book your wedding on a football game day) and you should be fine :)

    The parking lot is pretty easy to get to still.

    I'm a little concerned about this as well, so I plan on checking in closer to our wedding to see how far the construction has gotten. We're fairly lucky, in that our ceremony site is 5 miles away, and it's on the other side of the construction currently, so hopefully there won't be too many issues!
