Need help picking out flowers

Hey ladies,
My knowledge of flowers is about..zilch, so any suggetions would be appreciated : )

I live in Connecticut and I'm getting married in October
The bridesmaids will be wearing David's Bridal's peridot (sort of a sage green) and the grooms men will be in silver
We've been having a theme with light/sage green, chocolate brown, silver, and white going...........but our outdoor photos will have awesome fall foliage in the background too

We've been avoding going over the top w/ the "autumn wedding theme"....but not sure if I should have some orange/yellow/reds in my flowers.....or stick w/ green/brown/silver them.....and which flowers would be good for either color combo for bouquets?

Also, we wont be using flowers for center pieces

If you decide on autumn colors you could use: circus roses, red roses, mango calla lilies, peruvian lilies, red protea, hypericum berries, mums, freesia, gerbera daisies, sunflowers, spider mums, buttons, or asiastic lilies.

If you decide to do browns/green/silver you could use: hydrangea, spider mums, fern curls, orchids, bells of ireland, roses, or calla lilies.

I think if you go with more neutral green/brown, etc. for the bouquets & don't want "over the top' autumn, incorporating some "curly twig" (bringing in a bit of borwn0 is really pretty:

I thought the "curly' twigs were called Fiddler's Elbow; it may be Curly Willow but a good florist will know!

I love the peridot & I think with the autumnal background/landscape the more neutral bouquets would be striking.

I definitely have some better info to give the florist now and can tell her what I like and don't like...and have the actual names of flowers lol

I think I'm gonna have some oranges and yellows in there, w/ a little bit of white mixed in...cuz I love the white+peridot....but also need a bit of fall colors in there too : ) and the white breaks up that strict "fall colors" idea
