  I second Jeanine Mangan for makeup. You can also try Jeanine LaMacchia for hair. She also travels to you. If they are booked you can also try Allison Paige Artistry. She travels and does hair and makeup.

  Gina Brozon for makeup.  I went on 4 trials before I found her....she is the best.  I have even used for after my wedding for events I had.
