Special lighting or no?

We are considering doing pinspot lighting on the centerpieces...and also gel (color) lighting. I like when I've seen this in weddings on TV. Can you recommend a vendor for this who is reasonably priced? Or is this not even worth the money?

    I would check with D&H Stage Lighting. When I got uplighting quotes they were the most reasonable.

    I second D&H... we checked around with a few others (Ilios, Austin Stage Lighting, the in-house lighting at Lakeway) and found that D&H has the best customer service by far!  We are using their services in August.

    I've heard Ilios is the best, and they were actually very comparable (only more expensive by $100) but they take forever to respond.  D&H met us at Lakeway to walk through the venue and they had wonderful suggestions and ideas.  I'm really excited to work with them.
