1) What room in your house is the most important for you to have clean?
The kitchen, but that's only because it's the only room we have on the main floor and so it's the first thing people see or sometimes the only place we hang out. I go crazy when we're super busy and stuff just clutters up in there.

2) Would you be more amused outside by playing with bubbles or chalk?
Chalk but I have a bad habit of drinking at BBQ's and busting out sidewalk chalk and forgetting that it doesn't vanish when I walk away so whatever thing I thought was hysterical at the time is going to sit there until it rains or someone else gets out the garden hose. ;-)

3) Do you have personalized ring tones for certain people?
Just for BF and my Dad because those are the only people I'd get off the couch for (they never leave voicemails).

4) Funniest thing that you saw/heard/happened to you this week?
Watching BF freak out at the TV and go on a rant about old school video games because I kicked his butt at Super Mario Brother's last night was hysterical.

Example: "If Luigi had a bazooka I would have made it through that world in one shot"

5) What are your plans for the weekend?
I'm working at the mall after I leave the office tonight so I'll just pass out when I get home.

Tomorrow I'm working for a bit and then going to my cousin's graduation party (I feel so old).

I have no idea what is going on for Sunday because work absolutely blows at posting the schedule.

1) What room in your house is the most important for you to have clean?
Bathroom & Kitchen are tied for this one, although living room always stays clean for some unknown reason.

2) Would you be more amused outside by playing with bubbles or chalk?
I defiantly think chalk all the way.

3) Do you have personalized ring tones for certain people?
BF has his own ring tone and everyone else shares the same one. And its not a cheesy love song, I just couldn't decided between the two and I also know how quickly to answer the phone when it rings.

4) Funniest thing that you saw/heard/happened to you this week?
I was bored yesterday and started watching Tosh.0. Then after that I watched Aziz Asari (sp??) if you get the chance id say watch his stand up because its a riot!!

5) What are your plans for the weekend?
Going to a friends grad party tomorrow and then huge family party on Sunday. Hopefully a lot of friends, family, drinks, and most importantly BF!!

FRIDAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

1) What room in your house is the most important for you to have clean?
Living room. You enter our flat thru the living room and it's where we hang out so it has to be tidy and vacuumed. It doesn't have to be ridiculous clean but it has to be neat. Also the bathroom. B/c dirty bathrooms are GROSS.

2) Would you be more amused outside by playing with bubbles or chalk?
Chalk drawings of bubbles?

Probably bubbles. They are less messy than chalk b/c if you don't want to touch them you don't have to. I have this thing about getting messy....

3) Do you have personalized ring tones for certain people?
I used to. But now I'm lazy. At work it's a simple quiet ring, off time it's one of a few...most likely "Crazy Bitch" or "Bad Romance"

4) Funniest thing that you saw/heard/hapened to you this week?
It's been a pretty uneventful week.

FI was outsmarted by the pugs earlier in the week. He was trying to lock them out of the bedroom so he could pack without getting pug fur all over his work clothes, which worked out well...until he went to leave...he came out and quickly shut the door behind him. But the dogs were waiting and snuck in before he closed the door. Then he sat in the living room wondering where they were for 5 minutes until Mol started barking at him to let her out. It was pretty amusing.

5) What are your plans for the weekend?

Today I'm off at noon then I'm driving FI and his co-worker to the airport. They're heading to Tampa for a conference. Then I'm NAPPING!!! (I worked 13 hours straight yesterday, I'm POOPED). Tonight I think it's dinner and drinks with the ladies.

Tomorrow I'm charged with checking on mom and dad's cats (fam is at the cottage) and I've got groceries to get, a house to clean, and errands to run. Then I might just chill out at home for the evening.

Sunday I work 9-12 then I've got a graduation BBQ to go to for a family friend (she's like my lil sister) and then picking FI up from the airport in the evening.

1) What room in your house is the most important for you to have clean?

Vsitors come straight into my living room and dining room, so that has been taking precedence in the new house. In my old apartment they came into the kitchen and that is still what I prefer to keep clean. So, I guess I care what people think...

2) Would you be more amused outside by playing with bubbles or chalk?

if I was with other people it'd be chalk, but on my own I have to say bubbles.

3) Do you have personalized ring tones for certain people?

I'm pretty boring when it comes to technology, I only have one ring and barely use all the features my phone has.

4) Funniest thing that you saw/heard/hapened to you this week?

Watching BF yell at the tv while watching World Cup. However, he generally knows the final score already and is watching the PVR.

5) What are your plans for the weekend?

Tonight - Going to try to work on the landscaping around the house, as it is rather jungle like right now. Also try to get stuff done around the house in general while waiting for friends to arrive...that is if they can make it through Toronto and the nonsense that is the G20 summit.

Saturday - Hopefully buy a new mattress, watch the USA vs Ghana game, get started painting the spare bedroom

Sunday - House stuff and possibly having BF's uncle over for dinner and trying our first attempt at ribs.

1) What room in your house is the most important for you to have clean?
I'd prefer all that would be seen by company but if I had to clean only one it would be the kitchen or bathroom. I don't my food in a dirty room or the bathroom looking gross.

2) Would you be more amused outside by playing with bubbles or chalk?
Probably bubbles. Especially if the pup were involved, they love bubbles

3) Do you have personalized ring tones for certain people?
I used to but then I'd get embarassed when songs would play so it's a standard ring for everyone..or vibrate.

4) Funniest thing that you saw/heard/hapened to you this week?
My mom shocked herself with the electric fly swatter or when she darn near pooped her pants while laughing about pooping her pants.
We had another huge tornado producing storm on Wednesday. I was using facetime with FI's mom, the screen went black and she yells "OH NO, THE POWER JUST WENT OUT". To find out FFIL turned the lights of on her. Our mom's are pretty amusing.

5) What are your plans for the weekend?
Tonight- Bachelorette Party!
Saturday- Recovering from Friday and making mini quiches for Sundays party
Sunday- Cousin is having a pampered chef party and I'm psyched to buy my cheese knife!
FI is working crazy hours now so he will only be seen between the hours of 8am-1pm, if at all this weekend.

Probably the kitchen.

They're fun but I guess I'd pick bubbles because I HATE touching chalk (or anything of a similar texture).

No.

I was researching ring insurance and the policy says that it won't cover any damage caused by "the discharge of a nuclear weapon even if it's accidental". So that policy won't work for me.

5) What are your plans for the weekend?
My cousin and friend/cousin's BIL are visiting! So probably lots of beaches, bars, and soccer games!

My bedroom. I can't sleep in a mess.

Hmmm. Maybe more amused by bubbles. But I could play with chalk forever.

Only for FI. I hate answering the phone, so I have one for him so I know when he is calling.

Hmmm, I'll have to get back to you. Between going to a wake and consoling my bff who just broke up with her bf of 5 years... it hasn't really been a hilarious week.

5) What are your plans for the weekend?

Moving. Moving. More moving. Then unpacking. My mom may come up and help me unpack. I'm seriously looking forward to seeing Brian. He is living over an hour away until after the wedding. Sigh. Weekends just aren't enough.

The bathroom - my OCD will emerge if the bathroom isn't spotless. The 2nd room is definitely the kitchen.

Not to sound cliche, but I swear that FI does something or says something every single day that makes me laugh SO hard. I mean...he makes me laugh to the point where my back hurts and I can hardly breathe - I love it

Packing, Packing, Packing - the big move is on Monday! Oh, and tomorrow we are going to pick up the couch.

Bathroom, I despise a dirty bathroom.

Chalk is fun with someone else, but bubbles can be fun even if you're alone.

II had a certain ringtone for BF at one point but I got a new phone since then and haven't bothered.

4) Funniest thing that you saw/heard/hapened to you this week?
I watched America's got Talent the other night and this chick named Spongetta sang a song she wrote called "I'll be up in my studio" it was histerical. Google it for the video of her and Nick Cannon doing it together... BF and I were still laughing about it yesterday!

5) What are your plans for the weekend?

BF is OOT for a bachelor party all weekend. After work I'm getting the little guy and we are packing stuff for our weekend. Tomorrow he's going to the river with my dad while I go to Columbus with BF's mom and sisters to go to a spa, wine tasting and dinner for his oldest sisters birthday. I've gotta pack all his stuff plus mine and the dogs for our one night trip... there is a lot to pack, haha!

Sunday I'll be getting my little man back and having some fun with him and then BF will return from his bender weekend!

So my friend got picked up in a KFC drive through. BEFORE she got to the window with a "How you doin"

Tonight, spinning then maybe just stay in and chill with the pup and the hubby.

Tomorrow, must clean, grocery shop and I really need to buckle down and start studying for my exams. AHHH 1 month!!

Sunday, the usual true blood night at Oceana's, will probably hit the pool in the morning if I can and then maybe make another pepperoni loaf for at night.

1) What room in your house is the most important for you to have clean?
Kitchen. I love to cook, but I won't go in there if it's messy. Gross!

2) Would you be more amused outside by playing with bubbles or chalk?
Chalk is sooo much fun, and I've got an artistic side. But I do love those huge bubble things, you know when you use a kiddie pool and make GINORMOUS bubbles? Yeah, that's cool!

3) Do you have personalized ring tones for certain people?
Used to, lots of Disney songs and "Indiana Jones" for my father and "Rocky" for my brother, but now that I use my phone for work I just didn't think it was appropriate.

4) Funniest thing that you saw/heard/hapened to you this week?
My house is infested with termites. I'm renting, so it's the landlord's problem. None of that is funny (especially since bagging everything I own to prevent being saturated with the toxins is a hassle) but we have wings of the termites EVERYWHERE (also not funny - super gross!). But BF is scared of them. Whenever he sees them, he won't touch them or even clean them up. I was sweeping the other day, and they fly around since they're so light. He got sooo squeemish and ran outside because he couldn't take the wings in the air landing on him.

My big bad Marine is a total wuss when it comes to bugs

5) What are your plans for the weekend?
Couple of BBQs, going to the gym (gotta get back in shape, feeling gross), and playing tennis on Sunday with a friend.

1) What room in your house is the most important for you to have clean?
The kitchen. I cook and bake a lot, oftentimes multiple dishes at once, so I need to know that things are going to be where they're supposed to be when I need them, and that I have a clean workspace. I think the bathroom is second behind that.

2) Would you be more amused outside by playing with bubbles or chalk?
I used to love sidewalk chalk. I'd take my nieces out during summer afternoons and let them destroy our driveway.

3) Do you have personalized ring tones for certain people?
I have a general ringtone for most, and very few specialized ones for certain people. I have a country song for FI, the theme to "Halloween" for my sister, "Ghostbusters" theme for my brother.

4) Funniest thing that you saw/heard/hapened to you this week?
1337 has been making me giggle for, like, three days straight. That, and my friend's BF calling my ex BFF "crazyface" completely out of the blue gave me shites and giggles. Yes, I'm being a bad Christian this week, what can I say.

5) What are your plans for the weekend?
A friend's birthday party tonight, breakfast and shopping with FI tomorrow, and lab work all day Sunday. Somewhere in there, I have to clean our house because it looks like a warzone and is driving me up a wall.

No, I did. Then I get a replacement phone and I was too lazy to set it up again.

I got nothing. A guy walked full speed face first into a full length windo at FI's work and almost fell flat on his back. FI said it was hysterical.

5) What are your plans for the weekend?
Tonight I've got my step-sis birthday party. Tomorrow morning I have my second dress fitting. Weather pending I may get to go boating tomorrow. Also there is a festival where our wedding band is playing tomorrow afternoon. That's all I've got.

While I used to love my sidewalk chalk, I'd have to say bubbles.

I used to, but I never got around to it on my current phone. It's on vibrate 90% of the time anyway.

At my friend's baby shower, one lady did a spot on impression of her boss (who I used to work with). She was hilarious.

The county fair! I love the fair (I used to sing at it every year up until a couple years ago). It's supposed to be pretty hot on Sunday, so we'll probably go swimming, too.

1) What room in your house is the most important for you to have clean?
The kitchen probably...if you can't keep the place you prepare food in clean, I think it's a problem.

2) Would you be more amused outside by playing with bubbles or chalk?
Sidewalk chalk. After a while, bubbles would get boring. You can write/draw things in chalk and keep yourself entertained longer.

3) Do you have personalized ring tones for certain people?
I used to, but I just got a new phone and haven't gotten around to it yet. Now I get to be surprised when I see who it is.

4) Funniest thing that you saw/heard/hapened to you this week?
I was watching Top Chef reruns with BF and Carla said "When I grow up, I want to be one of Eric Ripert's dishes". My BF started laughing so hard milk came out his nose.

5) What are your plans for the weekend?
BF and I are going to his mother's house for the weekend to babysit her dog while she's away. I'm very excited...I LOVE his mom's house. It feels like home to me. And his mom's dog is the best dog ever. Her name is Gemini and she's half German Shepherd, half Border Collie...and she loves me because every time I come to visit I rub her belly and bring her a bone.

BF taking care of his new tattoo. Constantly checking it, taking photos of it, asking for reassurance that it looks good, etc. I didn't think he was this vain lol.

Working a clinic at the hospital. Took today off though so I could get things done around the house ~ the garden is in need of a serious weeding.

Both are uber fun.

My foot is in a cast and cannot bear weight on it for at least four weeks. I had to get a portable toilet, and my cat is absolutely fascinated with it. She now sleeps underneath it.

Living/dining room and the kitchen. The rooms people see most often.

Bubbles!

Only FI. However, my regular ringtone is the theme from The Exorcist, and my mom was riding in the car with me one day when Dad called and she heard it. After we hung up she goes, "well if Dad is "The Exorcist" I don't want to know what mine is." I laughed. Really hard.

4) Funniest thing that you saw/heard/hapened to you this week?
Mostly stuff off-board on FB. I didn't get out much this week.

5) What are your plans for the weekend?
Finish wedding projects hopefully (aisle runner, card cage). Finish my friends' wedding invitations. Sleep. A lot.

Kitchen - The cooking area is so small and gets so easily cluttered and it drives me insane.
I have to get the whole house in order b/c a friend of mine is going to be staying with us Sunday night.

While bubble are fun, I think I would get bored after a minute or so. Chalk could amuse me for hours

I got nothing. I suck

I'm off work today. Woo-Hoo! Planning on driving down to Huntington Beach in a little while. They have a farmer's market down by the pier on Fridays.
Saturday- I'm working both jobs. Exhausting

Sunday - I work, and one of my friends and her FI are coming to see the show and are staying at our house that night.

Chalk is pretty fun.

Yup, Incubus: Drive for Bill, Black Hole Sun: Sound Garden for my parents, Canned Heat: Jamiroquai for my sister.

4) Funniest thing that you saw/heard/hapened to you this week?
Something that happened at softball last night. I play first base and there was a ball hit to third. She threw the ball pretty wide and I had to really stretch to catch it. I ended up almost doing a split to get it and then couldn't get back up! I used to be able to do that with no problem. Damn age catching up with me!

5) What are your plans for the weekend?
Tomorrow is laundry and grocery shopping. Sunday I'm working for my uncle's charity, picking up the refrigerator from my parents (they are renovating their kitchen), then dinner for my birthday!

Oh and the "weekend" continues next week since I'm on vacation until summer school starts on July 6!
