Got my first response cards today!!!

We got 8 of them back. We are super excited! It's just another thing that is making it feel more real.

I'm totally stalking my mailbox for those last few. Our RSVP date is on Saturday...so we'll b'a call'n this weekend! Acutally, most everyone is telling us versus sending it back - especially the "no's".

You're preaching to the choir Erica!! I can't tell if the people who are left are really trying to "make it work" or if they're just slow at saying no. I talked to some friends today who said that they looked at plane tickets again this afternoon and just can't do it. In their case, we still haven't gotten their RSVP, but it's b/c they were really trying.

Tell me about it- can't STAND those people who think "no response = I'm not coming"! Maybe that works for a birthday party, but NOT for a wedding!

Our responses seem to have slowed down...sigh. Still have quite a few to hear from!

I'm late to the game! I just sent mine out tonight, but its 7 weeks ahead so I think I'm doing ok on time... I hope.

congrats!!!! ive been stalking my mailbox since we sent them out .... it drives me nuts when i know of a lot of peopel who have booked their flights and hotels but still havent rsvpd!!!!

This exactly! Someone actually tried to verbally RSVP to us last weekend and we told them to send the dadgum response card and that we didn't pay for stamps for nothing... lol. (we weren't rude about it)! $100+ in stamps is crazy, imo!
