If you don't want a Catholic wedding, don't have one. Don't have what you admit to be a "fake" ceremony just to make someone happy. And, for the love of all that is good, don't come to a CATHOLIC message board complaining about "ridiculous" rules and expect the people there to support your terrible decisions. Grow a pair.

I flame the electric company. They haven't been out to read our meter since June 11. Our next electric bill is going to hurt. I'm crying inside already. Plus, I have this irrational fear of having the electricity turned off so even though FI tells me "they haven't billed anything they can't turn it off". I'm worried they might.
I flame getting up at 4am to be at work at 6.... BUT I get to leave at 10, so its all good. Naptime with my snugglebug (baby not FI haha) will make early rising much better.
I flame being poked and prodded for two hours later today AGAIN by an allergist. Boo. I also flame my inability to get motivated to work out. I keep saying "Today is the day!" and then something comes up to where its not the day...

I flame myself for being a bad knottie. I haven't been around cause I've been super busy at work (unusual for this time of year) and I miss you girls terribly. Looks like we are closing way earlier than expected on our house, so I have a million and one things to do between now and next Sunday.

I flame the UNT online registration system for randomly dropping all of my registered classes, so now I get to wait 2 weeks for open registration to HOPEFULLY get into the last 3 classes I need for my degree. Awesome
I also flame my mom for taking every conversation and turning it into a wedding argument.

Today sucks. I got an email today saying my account that I never use (it has 0 balance is overdrawn.) Because they have started charging the monthly service fee for people who have 0 balances. So I spent most of my lunch there, then got tired of waiting on a banker to close the stupid account so I just gave them $6.00 and left.
I was supposed to get my car inspected but I can't find the insurance card...
Then, you know how when you have your blinker on and you turn and then it clicks and the blinker goes off? Yea..that doesn't work on my right blinker anymore. (That's not required for inspection right? As long as the blinker works?)

I hate that they are so dang slow. I hope they are still available when the time comes.
Ang/Gisele - Basically, I am mad that someone made a friend of mine upset when she was nothing but honest with them. There is your breadcrumb :P
No real flames from me today other than the unfairness that is a pet dying too young. Our roommate/Best Man's mom fostered a golden after their family golden died last winter. When Angie came into their family, she had been overfed and was 80 lbs overweight. Because of her weight, it wasn't until recently when she lost all the weight that they found a huge tumor. Angie died this morning while with our BM/Roomie. He is crushed to lose 2 pups in 1 year. I flame assholes who can't care for their family pets properly or don't take the initiative to learn how to do so. Feeding Angie table scraps for 3 years ultimately killed her as the vet believes the tumor was at one point operable.

LOL. I enjoyed reading that.
Amanda, One day, before I got married, a girl came on here griping about how the Catholic church wouldn't let her get married when she wanted to get married. 5 PM on a Saturday evening when every Catholic church is preparing for Saturday evening mass. I told her that most every Catholic church has mass at that time of the day and most seem to have set times when they perform weddings so as not to interfere with mass times. She then came back and started bashing the church so I told her she should really find somewhere else to get married because she wasn't willing to bend to their rules and it obviously was too much for her. She then started to bash me. Oh well. It's not for everyone and that's what I usually start my comments with when someone comes on here to complain.

This is one reason why I didn't push to have a Catholic wedding (even though FI is Catholic), they have too many rules that I don't believe in. Why get married there when you don't agree on some fundamental basics of the church? Like couples lying to the priest when they're living together. Boggles my mind.

Costco doesn't either. They actually ONLY take AmEx or their own debit card. Very annoying.
