Boutineer

My wedding colors are black and white with red accents.  I have all the girls bouquets as red roses, my bouquet is white roses and my MOH has a mix of red and white roses.  For the guys, I was thinking could have a red rose boutineer and my FI has a white rose boutineer.  After talking to my FI about it, he really wants his best man to stand out a little more since my MOH will be.  Would it look funny if the best man had a red rose and a white rose for a boutineer, my FI could have 2 white roses, and all the other groomsmen would have 1 red rose?

No, I don't think that it would be strange at all.

I would suggest doing a red rose boutonniere with a couple of white spray roses to accent it. Or two sweetheart or spray roses (one white and one red). I think two full-sized roses would be too large and heavy for a boutonniere.

ETA: you could also use a filler flower (wax flower, limonium, baby's breath) with FI's boutonniere and the BM's boutonniere and just greens for the other GM.

I agree with PP. Use 2 smaller roses or it may be too big.
