What is your budget? The budget is the very first thing you need to figure out before looking into photos. There are tons of good ones and everyone on here is going to recommend someone but the prices vary

Congrats on your marriage! well what we have seen is 2500 for most packages which is do able as most places split the payments up, but we would really like something where a photo book is included not just the cd

We're using Val McCormick, and I highly recommend her. Unfortunately it sounds like she may be out of budget for you. We're paying ~4000 to have her for the day plus an extra photographer. It includes e-pics, guestbook album w/ your e-pics, and a disc with all the pics with rights to reprint. Albums are separate and depend upon what you want. www.valmccormick.com

I also highly recommend Sidney Chang. She will def work within your budget to make a package that works for you. She's really awesome and takes great pictures.

Second Val McCormick...She is going to be about 3.600 for us. You have to consider what you are looking for and what they offer. If you can get everything you want for a good price without sacrificing quality by all means go for it. We were incredibly happy with what she offered. E-session, e-session guest book, rights to all photos on a cd, two photographers, tons of photos wonderfully edited!

I'm using Alison Marie Photography (www.alisonmariephotography.com) - her prices can include an album, but she's so reasonable (I'm getting 9 hours of photography, w/ 2 photogs, engagement session and photo guest book for $1800), that you could probably get what you wanted for the price.

Also check out HK Photography. They have very reasonable prices for their amazing work! They offer packages that include basic photo albums in addition to getting all photos on disk. You can also get a more extravagant album for an additional fee which depends on the size of and number of pages in the album.

I used Parsons Photography and it was around $3500

Studio 1923 is also amazing and so is Raw Photo but might be out of budget.

The album is one of the more expensive add ons but def a must!

I also liked having a second shooter

We're using Rebecca Hansen Photography, we are OBSESSED with them! We just had our engagment shoot and we're anxiously waiting for our pics!

We're using Crista Acosta Photography. She is amazing and we get 2 photographers, complimentary engagement session,10x10 coffee table album (we can upgrade for an additional 400) unlimited hours of coverage the day of, internet access for guests, and a disc with printing rights all for 2900. She did give us a little break with pricing because our wedding is in February, but she is unbelievable! check her out: cristaacosta.com. She is known all over new england for her infant and maternity photography, and is getting really well known for her wedding photography.

I used Ashley Therese Photography and everyone keeps racing over our photos. She was everything I expected and even more then we paid for. Would not have traded her for any other photographer out there! Her prices are reasonable and she customizes her packages to include what you are looking for, including an album.

I used Hanlon PHotography and she was awesome! I did themiddle package which was $3600 and I got the CD's and a huge 12x12 leather coffee table style album. I also got an engagement guest book that I used for my wedding day for people to sign and everyone loved it! She also did little personalized cards for my tables that had my password so all my guests could see my photos! I thought it was a nice touch!
