DJ Recommendations?

I am going to be getting married in May 2011 and want to go ahead and start looking for a DJ for the reception. The music is very important to me and my furture husband as we are not into the normal "pop" and "country" type of music, but I am working on a very small budget. Somewhere in the $500-$700 range if possible.

Anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks!

Brian Childs- $595 (and no time limit).  He comes highly recommended on this board.  Here's his email:  pchilds1@cinci.rr.com.

    Good Luck!  :)

We used Brad with Queen City DJs.  He did such an amazing job, everyone complimented us on our entertainment.  He was great to work with through the planning process and did such a great job the night of the wedding.  He kept everyone dancing all night.  He also does a great job of working with the types of music you want.

I had Upbeats DJs at our wedding and the where great.
Unlimited hours too and they had all kinds of special lighting and monograms too.
My sister and Aunt both had them at their wedding receptions too.
