Who to invite

So yesterday my mom asked me for a list of people to invite to my bridal shower. Easy, right? NOPE. I am completly stumped as to who I am "supposed" to invite. ( all of my friends and family, those who I am close with only, what about my FI's friends wives?????) Any tips on making a guest list? Thanks Ladies :)

    I would ask your mom how many people she can accomodate and go from there. I think the wives of your fiance's friends is a stretch BUT if you know any of them it might be a nice way to get to know them better. Especially if their husbands are in the WP. Anyone you invite, though, automatically gets an invite to the wedding so make sure to only invite someone to the shower if you plan on inviting her to the wedding. Congrats on your engagement and good luck with your planning!

    It's also a good idea to invite all the BM to at least the shower so if they haven't met yet, they can do so there. It depends on how convenient the timing is for everyone to travel for it, maybe organize it on a three-day weekend? Good luck : )
