I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from there.  They haven't come in yet, but they were very helpful and accomodating when we were shopping.  I didn't like the material of the dress we picked, so they're having them made in a different fabric for me.

I went there with my bridesmaids with the plan that we were going to get everything from the same shop. They ignored my girls and me almost the entire time (even though we made an appointment), and then basically ignored me when I told them what I wanted in my dress. I tried to help them by saying, I like X about this dress but not Y, so they could figure out what I liked, but the lady just said, you either love the dress or you don't. If they felt like I was just playing dress-up with them, then they were right, because I'm not going to buy from a store that can't give me the time of day or listen to what I'm trying to tell them.

I looked up their reviews, and Yelp had 8 women with bad experiences. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I ordered my wedding dress there in April and it is coming in in September. I would suggest making your appointment on a weekday night because it is way less crazy than on the weekends there. The sales person walked around the store wig me and let me pull what I wanted. She did say the same thing to me about 'you either love the dress or you don't,' but I think that's true and I didn't want to leave with something I was unsure of. When she was unsure of whether or not I would buy the dress, she offered $100 off the price. I also found a coupon in the Boston Herald for $150 off that they run from time to time at Chryssie's. The sales lady was a little pushy but it wasn't that bad compared to other stores that I went to.

Ohh what an awful place! Basically I had some crazy lady there calling me up screaming at me repeatedly after I kept hanging up on her....I was on my way to my appt when they left me a voicemail (just missed the call) saying they were cancelling my appointment.

My friend went there to look at wedding dresses and they pushed her so hard to buy this dress she liked. I told her not to buy it because its our first day shopping. I think the lady knew we would never come back. She kept saying that it could get discontinued tomorrow and then someone would buy the sample and the dress would never be seen again. Thankfully my friend didn't buy the dress and she is so relieved she didn't.

    Don't go there!

I tried to contact them 2 or 3 time in late June/early July to set up an appointment and got response at all from them.  I ultimately gave up trying to get in contact with them and found my dress at Hillary's in Plymouth (that was an amazing experience).
