So I had my dress fitting and OMG it had to be taken in 2 dress sizes!!! My goal was a few inches taken in, maybe one dress size at the most, but wow was I pleased! For those of you trying to do the same here is how I did it, and again this worked for me but it took a lot of discipline and hard work!
Workout
40 minutes on the elliptical, level 10 for 20 min, level 9 for 10 minutes peddling backwards, then sprint intervals on levels 8 and 9 for 10 minutes.
20 minutes of weights/ab workout, circut training style.
Breakfast
Fruit and yogurt smoothie, mix of 4 types of any fruit ( I mostly used strawberries,raspberries, peaches, and pineapple) 1/4 cup of real orange juice (in a bottle) 1 cup of skim milk, 3 tablespoons of non fat plain greek yogurt, half a handful of rolled oats, a few splendia packets. I buy the fruit in a big batch from the weekly fresh market and make enough freezer packs for the whole week so all i have to do is pop one out, and put it in the blender with the other items listed!
Lunch
grilled chicken salad and an open faced turkey sandwich or low fat chicken salad sandwich on light multigrain bread. Dressing is balsamic vinger and olive oil.
Snacks
Mozz. cheese sticks, low fat, fruit, almonds, Baked scoops chips and salsa, hummas and veggies, wheat thins and hummas.
Dinner
No pasta, bread, or rice after lunch. Substitute zuchinni for pasta and veggies for rice. I usually do a lean protein like grilled/baked fish or chicken, a side salad, and steamed/sauteed veggies, my favs are kale and asaparagas

Saturday is cheat day! No workouts on the weekends. Also, its ok to drink a glass of red or white wine with dinner. I do almost every night and it helps with bloating.
