    Yes! I have a bodybugg and it is so helpful. We tend to underestimate just how many calories we eat and this makes it so easy- you can log your meals and it tracks how many calories you burn, plus you make your own weight loss program so it really does all the math for you- I have found it accurate in terms of weight loss and the balance between calories in vs calories out. Enjoy!
