Wendy's Bridal Alterations

I have had the worst experience at Wendy's Bridal Alterations.  My seamstress was Lucy- has anyone else had issues?  I would not recommend them to anyone!!

Yes! I bought an off the rack dress and they were just fixing a few beads that were loose.  They told me it would take a week.  They never answer the phone and on the rare occasion that they do, they said they would look into and then never call me back. I finally got my dress back 5-6 weeks later with a big dirt spot on the chest. They are the absolute worst!

I tried to go to Wendy's and as soon as I walked in the door they were completely rude and mean to me. So I did not even the look at dresses there.

Yes they are awful.  Seriously save yourself the headache and go somewhere else to get your dress altered.    They "forgot" to hem my dress that they ordered the wrong length to start with.  That's the only thing they were supposed to do!!  It amazes me that they do such a terrible job and they are still in business.  Sorry that sounds like a really bad vent, but it was pretty bad.

the first time i went for a fitting i had to wait AN HOUR before the seamstress even got there, so by the time she started working with me there were 3 other people waiting after me so she just rushed through the fitting bot explaining anything and i didn't want to keep other people waiting so i just trusted that she was doing everything right- then charged me a whole lot more than i was expecting.  at the next fitting she forgot to take in the sides- which she claims she didnt pin at the first fitting- but i definetly remember her doing that and she had to take in more of my hem and charged me extra because she had to do it twice because i switched shoes- but the new shoes were 1/4 inch taller, so even if they were the issue she would have had to let the hem out more, not shorten it. ughhh so frustrating! i wish i had time to take it elsewhere.
