    I always ask my planner these questions, and they told me they love the place.  Their wedding went great, smooth and the venue is so private it was very quiet. But I think if you put floating candles in a someones pool and then caused damage shouldn't you do the right and responsible thing and pay for repairs? they are a new venue and probably don't have all the "kinks" worked out.  Try to find all the lovely things about your wedding, and finish up your work afterwards.
