A while back I shared with you ladies that our photographer had some major malfunctions at his studio and lost half of our engagement photos. He apologized over and over again and added a bunch of stuff to our package to try and make up for this issue. One of the things he offered was 160 wallet-size photos free of charge to put in our invites, in which we received within a week of talking to him, so I was really happy about that. Some of the other things include an additional $200 in photo credits, an upgrade on our wedding book, and a 2nd photoshoot with no time limit free of charge anywhere we want. We were pretty happy with what he was offering us.
Well two weeks ago, I emailed him about ordering some pictures that I want to use for our Reception. I was going to use some of the $200 photo credits for them. I also wanted to schedule a date for our second photo shoot and ask some questions about our custom guestbook. In the past he has responded to me within 24 hours either via email or phone. I waited 4 days, still no contact from him. So I called and left a message for him to call me back last Friday. Still no contact from him. Up until this point he has been so great to work with, but I am really starting to worry, this is driving me crazy!!! I have told FI numerous times in the last week that I am concerned about this, but he is no help
His studio is 2-1/2 hours away so I can just go over there with everything I have going on right now.
