Alterations person?

Hello all...

I'm really running against the clock and am looking for some referrals for alterations services.  Please send me any names/numbers you have... and your 'take' on them... good and bad! 

Also... if anyone has used Cecilia Hardin, please let me know.  My family used her for a few things and she was wonderful and so, so nice... but it's been several years since then and no one can find her number!

    Never heard of Cecilia, but I had my dress and many other things altered by The Sewing Room in Fern Creek.  They did a great job.  I always hear fabulous things about Csilla Designs too.  She's in Jtown at Hurstbourne and Taylorsville.

    I understand that it is impossible to predict what alterations will cost because there are so many factors, but I am having a hard time budgeting for it will no ballpark figure.

    I have a dress with no beading or lace. I will need a bustle, hem, and i will also need the dress taken in. Can anyone give me a guess or a worst case scenario for alterations? I just don't want to be caught off guard and I want to make sure I put enough aside to cover the costs!
