I've been working 12 hour days, everyday for three weeks and finally had a day off today. I went in for my dress fitting and my dress looked great but my upper body--chest and arms lacked any definition and I have a fat pouch near my arm pit/chest area (where most women get that extra bit of fat). Anyways, I only have three weeks until the wedding and am exhausted. I want to workout, but when I get to the gym I only have 'ok' workouts because I'm so tired. I'm getting lines (like I've never had!) under my eyes too

I have a lot of last minute things to do for the wedding and honeymoon but feel like I shouldn't be making excuses.
I have always loved going to the gym but am lacking the motivation to really give it my all. My fiance loves pizza and pasta and its getting easier to give into the temptations nowadays.
I don't want to look back at my pics and be disappointed! Just looking for a good word or some advice on how to get my upper body (and face) to look its best.
