Janet, the owner, saved our wedding!!! Actually TWICE! Not being a professional bride I assumed I could go to an invitation store about 6-8 weeks before order my invitations and pick them up a week later, well...I was wrong! I went to a store in thousand oaks and they told me it would be about 6-8 weeks till we would get them back...well in 6-8 weeks the wedding was happening. I panicked and was talking to my friend Marla about the situation and she said, you have to call Janet, she will help you. Well she was right, I called Janet and an hour later we were putting together the design, and due to my situation, she said she could have them ready in ten days, already addressed awaiting a stamp. These invitations were much more custom, she designs them with you in her shop and makes them there as well. Five days later Janet called to let me know they were ready for pick up!! Incredible!!! They were amazing. The second time she saved them was today when we had a last minute ceremony change- I called her today and she said bring them in and I will fix them. WOW, hats service.
