Busy, busy weekend ahead.  What's everyone else up to? 

Anyone headed out to any of the big games around here this weekend?  We might head out for dinner and find a place to watch the TTU vs. ATM game...though I'm not so sure I want to watch us get our butts kicked by ATM.  Eugh.

    Porushsalta -- very true!  I just know TTU hasn't been the same since Leach left (read: we suck). 

    I don't think I've seen you post much here before.  Did you do an introduction and I missed it?  I haven't been around the board tons this week, but if I missed your intro I'm so sorry!  :(

    I just got done organizing my coupons and now I'm waiting for FI to get up so we can go to Kohls and get him some new slacks and then go grocery shopping. 

    Then later we're having some friends over to watch the Rangers game.

    Watching the OU/Texas game, getting a new phone plan, going to the fair, and possibly going dress shopping with a friend for whom I am a bridesmaid!

    I'm on call all weekend!  BOO!  But other than that watching the TX/OU game!  Hook 'Em!!  Hoping to get some wedding DIY things done also!

    Thanks for the reminder ... we won't be going to BWW tonight after all! It's bound to be packed with people watching the game.

    We're trying to figure out where to go for dinner with two friends ... actually, with a woman I used to work with and a guy H currently works with. We're playing matchmaker. (They are both totally aware of this and willing to let us set them up.) The closer it gets, the more nervous I get that they won't like each other at all!

    @Angelsong: I just started posting a couple days ago, actually! I didn't do an introduction, do I just start a new discussion to do that? Is that how it normally works? I'm new to this so I'm still trying to figure out how it works!

    This time next week we'll be getting MARRIED! I'm just finishing up a few things I haven't done so I can enjoy the week! Other than that, we'll be flipping between the Tech game (guns up!!) and the Rangers. We do get to go to the Rangers game tomorrow night, yay!

    I'm just World of Warcraft'ing it up today! :-D And counting down the days (3 days) till I'm on the plane to see the FI for my 30th bday on Wednesday of next week! I wanted to do a big celebration but he wanted to take me to Eddie V's just the two of us so I'm going along with it. :)

    Porushsalta -  It's okay!  Yes, just start a new thread for your introduction. :)  Just tell us a little about yourself, when your wedding is, where you are hoping to get married (if you don't already know for sure yet). that sort of stuff.  We like being nosey and getting to know who we are talking to. ;-)

    Crash - Yaaay they found your payment!

    Winechic - Next week!  Can you believe it?  And I'm pretty happy with how the TTU/ATM game went last night (only watched the first half).  But 45-40 doesn't leave ATM with much bragging abiliies.  Yaaay you beat an unranked, really crappy rebuilding team by 5 points when your team IS ranked.  Hmm... good luck pullin it out in the SEC!  Also, there were several comments on FB last night about how the ATM buses were vandalized in LBK and how this represents Tech as a whole.  No - don't blame the actions of a few bad apples on an entire population.  When you do that, you are just as unintelligent as the people that spread feces on your team buses.

    Cindy -- FI plays DnD so your RPG posts make me smile. :)
