been posting a lot lately due to boredom...but this really is exciting!!

i have a new ticker in my sig for when we close on our house:D

my fiance and i have been looking for a house since june and have seen close to 40.  we were getting so tired and dissapointed becuase we hadn't seen anything we liked.  we were also getting really nervous because we NEED to buy a house as we bpth still live with our familes. 
on thursday we went to see a couple houses with our parents and we decided to make an offer on one.  my mom had found it in the paper and there werent any interior pics on the agents site so we didnt have high expectations.  our offer was accepted on saturday and we are setting up a home inspection and financing this week!

    Congrats....buying our home was honestly one of the best and worst times in our relationship. Enjoy the roller coaster! (And its totally worth it in the end)

    thanks ladies:)  it feels good to tell people!!  since we haven't actually signed all the paperwork yet we aren;t telling our friends and family (except for our parents...they know).
    BUT if all goes well we could be telling them this weekend!

    Congrats!  It is a really exciting process to go through and I wish you the best of luck with it all.  Just be prepared for some bumps along the way - it's inevitable.
