NWR: Tell me what to do in Vegas!

FI and I are headed to Vegas at the end of next month for a 4 day 3 night long weekend. Yay! Neither of us have been there, so between that and having some much needed "adult time", I'm looking forward to it!

We're staying at the Excalibur (got a sweet deal on their newly renovated rooms) and are planning a (long) day trip to the Grand Canyon, as that's important to both of us. What else are things we MUST do while in Vegas? Favorite casinos? Favorite restaurants? Shows?

    My favorite thing to do in Vegas was eat on the patio at the Paris - the restaurant is called Mon Ami Gabi I think. You would need a reservation for dinner, but probably not lunch. You have to special request the patio when you make reservations. The filet with merlot sauce was delicious. Its been a year or two since we have been but i still remember! The best part is sitting outside and watching the Bellagio fountains. If you don't mind spending the money, the top of the Eiffel tower is cool in the evening to watch the fountains too. It's just a little pricey. Otherwise, a cirque show is good once (I thought it was ridiculously over priced!) watch for deals on the tickets, sometimes the hotel you stay at has specials on certain nights or for a specific show. And like everyone else said, just be prepared to walk a lot and go in every place! The last time we went to the Rio off strip and that was really fun. They had an evening show thing in the casino (freeeeee) and it was just a party place. Bellagio is great for daytime chill. The flowers are great and I think they have a museum too? We didn't make it to that though :(
