what filling/frosting goes well with orange-flavored cake? (we'll have a december wedding.)

    I'd do buttercream.

    Do either a Bavarian Creme or a French Vanilla Mousse. We got our cake (one of the tiers was Orange Chiffon) from Rick's Bakery, LLC in Milwaukee, WI and the owner paired it with a French Vanilla Mousse - IT WAS AWESOME!!! We got lots of compliments....

    I make a pineapple orange cake at home and I use either a whipped cream cheese frosting or an infused whipped cream.
