Honeymoon Dress

Hi ladies!

I met with our travel agent today (we're going to Italy) and she had suggested buying this dress for the honeymoon. She bought it for hers and said it was easier to pack and amazing to have different looks without adding the luggage, especially if you get it in black.

I'm sorry if this was posted before, but just thought I'd share! :)

  • I agree, you definitely can't wear a bra with them. I have a dress in this fabric and don't find it clingy, but I am also a smaller size. Just thought I would share this option for those who would feel comfortable wearing it.

  • I think with the Dessy one, you're able to purchase a matching tube-top-type piece to wear under it, so that can help out in the "wearing a bra" category.  I still think it would be kind of weird to see myself in what I know darned well is the same exact dress over and over again, but with different sleeves, in my honeymoon picture, but that's just me.

  • I can't open the link, but I'm assuming this is a convertible dress?

Buyer be ware! I find them completely unflattering.  I had my heart set on Two Birds Bridesmaid dresses about two years before I was even engaged...and when my sister and I went to try them on (two totally different body types), they were clingy and terrible on both of us.  I've tried to buy cheaper brands since and still have the same issue.
  • i didnt open the link as i'm on my office computer but you can bring any very simple little black dress and , with accessories, sweater, scarf, tights and different shoes make it into a ton of different outfits.
