Non Wedding Talk...FOOD

Well we are getting sick of eating at the same"chain" places.

Do any of you know of a good place in the corona/riverside/Rancho, Ontario area that is hidden.  My favorite in Corona is Twisted gourmet off of Ontario and Main and my favorite in Riverside is Papi's...Its off Van Buren and their Monster Nachos are to die FOR!!!!!!!!!!

But other than those I would really like to try something new.  Possibly this weekend :-)

mmm desi love all your suggestions, we used to live in the apartments right there on the corner of 4th and milliken and we would walk to all those places on the weekend.  we always had a blast!!

if you're willing to to downtown claremont you could also try 'Heroes and Legends', its an awesome local restaurant with a little bit of everything and really laid back and fun!  its one of leo's ultimate favorites.

we also love going to woodranch bbq in corona, in the dos lagos shopping center.  AMAZING food.

  • I'm not sure if they are still there-but somewhere near the Tyler Galleria there is a restaurant called ANCHO'S-they make fresh tortillas and bring them to the table like they do chips at regular mexican restaurants:)

They have great food!:) HA HA YAY I FOUND IT!

My favorite hole-in-the-wall place has become my fiance's!!! I can't wait till I marry this man!

We went grocery shopping a few days ago, and I was looking at all the foods i was craving! (Lunchables, pizza, chocolate chip cookies) ---[2nd trimester is WAAAY funner than the first! lol]---  So in order to keep "saving" for this wedding, he bought all the stuff from the store and made me lunchables (ritz crackers, cheese, and ham) snacks, while the pizza bread was cooking in the little oven thing (stater bros bread sliced in half with red sausce a ton of pepperonni & cheese, & even had canadian bacon!) ... Oh! & my favorite! He had chocolate chip cookies cooking for dessert!! Best part was that we still had plenty left overs for lunch (work) the next day!

So, if you are craving something in particular... I'd say try making it at home! It's fun, way cheaper and you have another dish on your menu!

    ;o) Good Luck!
