Morning ladies!
I am HURTING today! I worked out Monday & last night & I am so sore, I literally had to ROLL to get out of bed because my abs couldn't lift me up! I'm taking tonight off because I'm out to dinner with clients at work.
To prepare for dinner (I already checked the menu & I just know I'm going to need a ton of points) I've already tracked my breakfast, lunch, & snacks ahead of time to keep me on track today:
B: 5 hard-boiled egg whites, large fruit cup, coffee with skim (3)
S: Banana (0)
L: Salad with turkey breast, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, & balsalmic vinegar (2)
S: Grapes (0)
Total: 5 points+... Leaving me with 21 points for dinner. I'll be drinking but that's what I save my weekly points for & I have 46 of those left PLUS 6 activity points.
