Just DIY'd my first wedding item!

Hi Ladies!
I just DIY'd my own cake stands from stuff I found at goodwill. They are still curing but I will post pics as soon as they are done. I documented the whole process so I can blog it later.

IT WAS SO FUN!

What have you DIY'd for your wedding?

    That sounds fun!

Ha, I didn't do much DIY for our wedding. I wish I would have had the time and help though. Besides, it was hard enough packing everything in the car from GA, so I couln't have imagined a bunch of fragile stuff.

You ladies impress me! I am not nor have I ever been creative or good with a hot glue gun.

Hopefully that is all about to change! I would really like to DIY a lot of my decorations to both save money and make it very personal. I am just starting to think about ideas.

I am sooooooooo not a Martha Stewart fan but have to admit that her weddings website has a lot of ideas for inspiration!
