  Try talking to the University of North Carolina School for the Arts--they have a high school and a college division, and high schoolers will (or should, at least) be cheaper. And if you're getting married in the summer, try calling the Brevard Music Center or Eastern Music Festival. They don't usually give students gigs outside of the festival, but I can tell you (from personal experience!) that a lot of the faculty have children who are music students themselves (don't be scared--college age). If the faculty don't want to play, they might send the next generation along for you. Don't tell them I told you, though
