Ceremony/Reception Venues near Winchester, va

We need enough room for about 75 people. I would like a venue where I could have an outside ceremony and an indoor reception but open to all options. Willing to travel up to an hour away. We're on a budget so would like to keep the rental fee under $1,000. Needs to be handicap accessible and prefer that it allow off site or DIY catering.

    This would be my pick for what you're looking for.  The people who work there are very nice.  We didn't choose this venue because it would have been cramped and since we're getting married in December we didn't want people spilling outside.

    Rosemont is beautiful but way $$$$ we just looked at it last week and they wanted $30 a plate could only have their people do food and $10,000 to having the wedding  and reception there.

    So I just got engaged, and we are planning our wedding in 2014.  I am looking for a reception hall that is very inexpensive and can still be set up how WE want it and with the food WE can choose.  Budget less than 1,000 and we only plan on having no more than 50 guests.  Is there anything in the Winchester VA area that you would recommend?
