The reception venue that we have chosen only allows us access to the building for one hour before the reception. However, during this time we will be at the church, so none of us can be at the reception venue.
I was thinking that we might need a day-of wedding planner to coordinate the setup (i.e. flowers, placecards, chair covers, etc). I don't think we'd need them for the rest of the day.
Does anyone know how much this might cost and have some suggestions for companies that we could contact?
