My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding = "English Ghetto"??

LOL!! OK so I know that sounds crazy but last night while in the ER with my 12 y/o daughter we saw an episode while waiting for her doctor.. Anyway, she was so into the show because she couldn't believe everything she saw.  Then she said "mom, they are so ghetto" - referring to the hoochie momma dresses some of the young girls where wearing, regardless of body shape.  Her final comment "they aren't just ghetto, they are English ghetto"  SMH.  As sick as she was, she still made me laugh!!

SN: She is feeling better though.

    Happy to hear she's doing better!

    That show is insane, but you can't help but to watch it. Everything is a reason to party for them! I did feel bad for them though because nobody wants them around based on the stories people hear about gypsies.

    Ummmm...yea.  That show is "special".  They are a party nation for real and it seems that that is all they live for.  They are close though.  Family is top priority to them.  That's the nicest thing I can say. 



    Love is the ultimate superpower.   
    It can make you weak and strong simultaneously.

    That show is so crazy and I am all into it. I am the type of person who is really into cultures. My FI can't stand gypsies, in Belgium there are tons of them and they just plop down on some land and do their thing and he isn't a fan. I was telling him about the show and he was like "ughhh gypies".

    I watched it for the first time last night, and that show is a mess for real, unbelievable!  Even their first communion is turned into a big affair.  WOW, everybody really is different......

    I feel bad for them but I can understand the people not wanting them around I would be mad if I walked out my subdivision and saw a bunch of trailers and trucks bring down the value of my house I can't take the show the wedding is all those girls have to look forward to
