  You are shipping glass. It is heavy. Plus the dimensions you posted aren't that small. And 12 of them. Imagine the size box they need. And the padding so they don't break. That is going to be a huge and heavy box.
  
  I just shipped a bowl today. It didn't go across county, just 2 states away. It cost $15 for shipping.
  
  Follow Stage's advice. If you want these shipped to you, you need to research the heck out of it to find the best deal. Or buy locally. Find a college that has a glass blowing program and see if you can get students to make them for you to buy. They may not be cookie cutters of each other, but I've seen some great work out of our local college's glass blowing program.

  I live close to Detroit, and have some of these brand new that I am willing to sell if you are interested. You can just pick them up, or we can meet somewhere. I planned to use them for our centerpieces, but we had to change venues, and could no longer use them. I have 20 total. How many did you need?
