Looking for a ceremony site!

I'm having the worst time looking for a ceremony and reception site for our wedding! I live in the Elkhorn area and maybe my perception is off, but it sure seems like unless you're a rich person getting married is near and next to impossible. I just want a nice, simple site, where we can have a ceremony that allows a dog and then have a site down dinner recption that allows us to bring in our own food and we can have dancing and we don't need alcohol there. I want a photographer to take pics of us and to have everyone be happy and have a good time. Does anyone have some inexpenisive offbeat ideas to throw out for this?

Elkhorn, WI?  If so, I am from the Whitewater area & have seen some nice wedding venues on lakes there.  My uncle was married on the lake at Cravath Park... its a fairly new public park and has always been kept clean from what I've seen.  Plenty of room for guests & parking.  There is a nice restaurant called Randy's where you may have a reception nearby.

Also, I'm not sure if Randy's lets you bring in your own food, but the Legion does.  That is a very short drive from the Cravath Park as well.  Good luck!
