Photo collage- too weird?

Does it remind anyone of a wake or memorial? I was putting a "memo board" together of a couple pictures of us, when I got to putting it together it reminded me of photo boards at funerals. Does this sit well with anyone? Would you think it's weird if you walked into that at a wedding?

side note: I'm not all the way done. I've got to find a picture of our first christmas ornament to put at top and one of this years christmas ornament at top of the other one. I was going to put them on the table of the entrance with candles and our "advice/wish tree" in the middle of the 2 memo boards. Pictures below:

    It is a bit funeral-ish to me. Maybe you could have them displayed on a table...? Are you having a guest book? I think the photos would be a nice addition to the table with the guest book or even the same place where the advice tree will be. Or you could put a few in frames on each table at the reception.

    I'm thinking about this again....it should be fine however you want to display the pics. I think if I saw it at a wedding, I wouldn't think funeral.

    It doesnt say funeral but it doesnt say wedding either. What about those collage picture frames? Or having the photos in little dollar tree frames on the tables during ctail hour

    I like the frame idea too. last year i was in a wedding and on each table there was picture of the bride and groom at different ages as they were growing up and then together.. so each table had something different.. it made it fun for the guest to go around and look at the different pictures on each table... . and we are having a wishing tree as well.. i don't  think there would be lights on ours...
