Affordable Beach Wedding in LA

i planning on getting married on july 24th this year and I am looking for a beach location. I would love to get married on the beach but then I need also a place for the reception that is close. Our budget for entire wedding is 7,000
I know that this is difficult in LA but I was wondering if there was anyone out there that knows of any locations?

    I'd check with the Long Beach Museum of Art. How many people are you having?

    Try Yellow Umbrella company in Ventura... never been up there but their quotes seemed reasonable to me.  Another option is to DIY by getting beach permits and then have the reception somewhere - the Santa Monica Bay Women's Club has a hall that's reasonably priced.  Good luck!

    Thanks everyone for your advice I am getting married on the beach in Santa Barbara. and Having the reception at a theater i am so in love with it :)

    Ok so it is free to get married on any California State beach- no fee, nothing! El Capitan is Santa Barbara is super nice.
