If my fiance and I have been together for many years and have kids together is it ok for us to still do a registry? There have been some comment.

    Yes it is okay, gifts are just that - gifts. If people want to give you something it is nice for them to have a registry to look off of.

    Don't let people give you a hard time.

    This.  Having kids doesn't mean you don't get gifts for your wedding.

    Yes, you can do a registry.

    I too am interested in the comments.

    Just don't be pushy with your registry.  Meaning, don't advertise it, don't put it on/in your invites, and don't expect people to give you gifts.  (this is in any situation, regardless of if you've ever been married- together for a long time- have kids, etc)

    It is ok to register for wedding gifts, but do not put things for the kids on the registry.
