  If you're not concerned about price, I would say any hotel with a view of the Sound is romantic:
  
  Edgewater
  Inn at the Market

  We stayed at the Westin for our 5 year dating anni and it was great. They offer water views too.

  We liked the honeymoon suite at the Alexis Hotel--especially the giant whirlpool tub, wheee!

  Thanks ladies! I've emailed the Edgewater, they have some amazing rooms but wowza the price is a tad high. Same with The Fairmont I'm all for going all out, but like 500-700$ is too much for me!  Some rooms were better rates then others though...
