Eglinton Grand?

Hi,

We're seriously considering holding our reception at Eglinton Grand. My only concern is that I have heard some negative comments about the food. Has anyone been to a wedding there recently?

My cousin is the general manager...i've heard nothing bad about the food. I'm sure they'd be willing to work with you if you had specific types of food you'd like. I'd ask for references of people who've hosted events there. Usually venues are more than happy to share their references with future clients. Hope this helps

I went to a wedding there last year and I thought it was amazing. It's a really unique venue, and the food was fine (admittedly, not the best wedding food I have ever eaten, but certainly not terrible!). Plus, I think that you can maybe hire your own caterers if you are really concerned about the food quality. Try asking them if that's an option.

Never been to a wedding but my university had a formal there and I thought the food was pretty good. And wedding food is better than university banquet food, I'm sure.
