    Hey Kase!

Melissa (melabes) is getting married there in 10 days! Plus many other girls have used them & their sister sites!

Did you meet with them yet??

They are great, it was my first initial choice! Just didn't work out with pricing and packages for us! Beautiful place though! I also was not a huge fan of the divider that they put inbetween rooms!

    GL!

Yup I am getting married there in 10 days (Yikes!!!!) They have been so so great to work with throughout the whole process. I wouldn't change my choice for anything!

If you have any specific questions, let me know. And of course I will be posting a review in about 2 weeks!

I'm getting married there in Oct and also been to my friend's wedding there few years ago. I don't really mind the divider they put up for cocktail hour so it wasn't a deal breaker for me. Definitely do bargin with them because they threw in couple perks for us (extra appetizers, free sorbet  intermizzo). Foozle got married there last year so page her for more info.

10 days!!!! thats soo exciting!!!!! Yes i met with them...2 times actually.  Did anyone work with Maureen? i think she is soo sweet...i went there friday with my mom to check it out and i LOVED it, they didnt have the divider up they just showed us the whole room, then i went back on sunday with my FI to show him becuase its pretty much where i wanna get married.  when i went back on sunday the divider was up...and it REALLY bothered me...i didnt mind the dividers for the cocktail hour becuase we decided on the cocktail room downstairs...maybe im just being to picky with that divider, but i also loved all there extra stations and picked like 8 or 9 extras i want!!!!!! maybe i will just get over the divider

I got married there on 8/8/09.  Everything was perfect!  We couldn't have really asked for much more.  I highly recommend!  If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask.  Plus, there is a little review in my married bio.

We were going to use the downstairs too for cocktail but then found Cascades where we didn't have to pay to use a seperate room for cocktails.

My Mom & FI just couldn't get past the divider. They kept referring to it looking like a gym. It was just a personal choice for us, because I have seen many other girl's weddings and it looked great! We just liked the openess of the room and didn't want to cut it off with the divider!

I'm getting married there this year! I hear you girls about the divider... I know some of the event/lighting vendors (like CT Party Pros) do offer fabric draping on the divider that totally hides it and looks awesome... might be worth the cost (not sure how much $$) if that's the only issue!

Can you guys share some of your entree choices from Waterview? We're trying to choose ours for Riverview and are having a hard time with the traditional surf and turf. Let me know if they did anything creative!

I picked Rack of Lamb, Filet mignon and Chicken Roulade. We didn't go with the Duets or Trios because some of our guests do not like beef or don't like seafood.

We picked filet mignon, chicken picatta, and baked stuffed shrimp. We didn't pick the duet or trio either because I didn't want to pick everyone's meal for them. I know I wouldn't like that, so we gave guests the options.

We did the Filet Mignon, Chicken Picatta and Poached Salmon. I ate the filet at our wedding, and from I remember it was good!

I'm getting married there next year!  So far everyone there has been really great!  I didn't mind the divider, and I'm not sure any guests would really pay attention to it, not with the amazing view of the lake.

I'll be getting married there next May and we're still trying to figure out color schemes!  I was going to go with a tiffany blue w. pink and cream hues but now re-looking at the decor, I'm thinking it might clash...any thoughts? And re: the dividers - will definitely be doing uplighting/hiding w. fabrics if possible.
