Bridal Shower

Hi Ladies!

I don't post very often, but I know you all give great suggestions.  My MOH is starting to brainstorm ideas for a location to have my bridal shower.  We need suggestions on where to have it at the end of September.  I don't want anything too expensive.  I suggested a park but she made the point that it may still be too hot outside.  I'm really not picky on the location, except preferably in the east valley so I'm open to any and all suggestions.  Thanks!

I just had mine this past weekend and it was at one of my bridesmaid's houses.  Most I have been to have been at someones house, but one girlfriend of mine had hers at House of Trix in Tempe and that was a lot of fun.  Is there someones house you can have it at?

I definitely agree that a house is probably the cheapest and easiest.  A friend of the family offered her house, which is such a blessing (my parent's is currently undergoing rennovations).  You could always call up a bakery or that cupcake place on Ray and I-10 to see if they would allow you to host it there.  Tea rooms are great too.  One place that might be fun is Joe's Farm Grill in Gilbert.  They have a retro theme, and have indoor and outdoor seating.  You might be able to reserve one of their rooms. (Plus they have amazing sweet potato fries!)  I will keep thinking though!

Thanks for the suggestions!  Unfortunately a house isn't looking like an option for me unless the MOH decides she wants to kick her boys and hubby out for a few hours.  I will definitely check out your suggestion Nilla!
