Changing my linens..to something I really love!

I went and put a table together on November 13th, liked something beautiful and had instant sticker shock when the price got totaled.

With the help of my Future MIL, I.....

Changed it something "almost as pretty" for about $150 less...

Now, im completely changing my mind...
Thank god my linen ladies are flexible.

I have a deposit on ivory satin chair cover and a gold and eggplant sash, twisted and tied in the back, with an eggplant tablecloth...
I went home and cried that day. It's not what I wanted, i felt so overwhelmed and felt like I was settling.

I was looking again, and I found something that I want...REALLY REALLY want.
The ivory satin chair covers with a purple (eggplant) sash bow tied to the side, and a purple(eggplant) pintuck tablecloth...I love the modern look of both of them, and we are using Dillards Charisma Hurricaines for our tables, so my colors (Ivory, Gold and Purple) will tie in...and with taking out the second sash, it will be around the same price to get the more expensive table cloth.

I think this is way more modern, and I love it...the other idea, i wasn't so inlove with.

Here's some pictures of what it will look like...obviously the purple is MUCH darker then the picture portrays...


then the chair sash's, they aren't purple in the picture but this is what they will look like



and the candles...they are beautiful, and you can't beat $20 for a centerpeice!


Tell me what you guys think! Im really excited and peer reviews are always nice!

    I like! You could also do a gold runner on the tables and gold clothes with a purple runner on some.  Just a thought if you wan to break up the purple a bit!

    The charisma candles are gold accented and im having gold charger plates. :) and probably some sort of gold stones.

    Love it Brobin01 put me up on the pintuck and I love it. Great pick and I love the tie to the side. very different but still cute!

    I was just going to mention Brandi's linens.  She had purple pintuck linens and they were gorgeous so I'm sure the gold will really set off the color.  Great choice!

    It's cute, but I feel obligated to say that if you are crying over linens I think you need to take a break for a couple days and stop driving yourself crazy over wedding stuff.

    I cried because it wasn't what I wanted originally.

    I cry easily...and often..
